We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at 1st State Brokerage. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE REQUIRED FOR YOUR RESIDENT STATE
  • 100% commission-based income plus Company bonus potential
  • Willingness to meet clients in their homes and conduct video meetings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
