Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Brandstein Family Services. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for providing applied behavior analytic services to clients ranging in ages from 2-12 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct skills assessments, functional assessments, and analyses to develop appropriate behavior strategies.
  • Develop and implement behavior plans and treatment plans for clients, focusing on teaching, skill development, and reducing problematic behaviors.
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to paraprofessional staff in the implementation of ABA principles and methodology.
  • Meet with supervised staff to discuss ongoing client issues and provide support as needed.
  • Utilize electronic data collection systems to enter session notes.
  • Provide consultation services and maintain ongoing communication with treatment team members.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related human services field.
  • Previous experience working in a home-based setting.
  • Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal relations.
  • Certified as a BCBA for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Licensed as a Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Current on all required trainings and certifications.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
