We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Brandstein Family Services. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct skills assessments, functional assessments, and analyses to develop effective behavior strategies.
- Develop and implement behavior plans and treatment plans for clients, focusing on teaching, skill development, and reducing problematic behaviors.
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to paraprofessional staff in the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodology.
- Collaborate with treatment team members, including parents, community agencies, and other supports, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Utilize electronic data collection systems to track client progress and maintain accurate records.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related human services field.
- Previous experience working in a home-based setting.
- Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal relations.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a minimum of 1 year.
- Licensed as a Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania.
