Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field, and will be licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania. The therapist will work closely with our clinical director to develop and implement treatment plans, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions
  • Collaborate with the clinical director to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Contribute to a thriving team culture
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
  • 2 years of experience providing mental health treatment in an outpatient setting
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with trauma, family, and couples therapy
  • Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts
  • Experience with telehealth systems and approaches
