Overview:
The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Aides to provide exceptional care in a long-term care environment. This role is essential in supporting patients with various needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff.
- Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support patients during meals and ensure proper hydration.
- Aid in mobility and physical exercises to enhance patient recovery.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care settings.
- Valid C.N.A license in Pennsylvania.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Two professional references from previous supervisors.
- Recent physical examination and immunization records.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
Work Environment:
- Various shifts available including days, evenings, and nights.
- Per diem positions with ongoing opportunities.
