Waters Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing analytical instruments, as well as performing mechanical and electrical work as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Test and evaluate analytical instruments to ensure they meet specifications and performance standards.
- Analyze instrument test data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance on instruments and equipment.
- Prepare instruments for final shipment, including configuration and pack-up.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with digital and analog circuits.
- Knowledge of PC-based instrument control and data analysis.
- Ability to think critically and resolve complex problems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
