  • Maintain HVAC Systems: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance: The Stationary Engineer will perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the power plant and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct Visual Inspections: The candidate will conduct regular visual inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and perform repairs as needed.
  • Prepare Boilers for Inspection: The Stationary Engineer will prepare boilers and related equipment for inspection and maintain water treatment systems.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-4 Years of Experience: The candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in power plant operations, HVAC system maintenance, or a related field.
  • Engineer First Grade - SEL Stationary Engineer Grade 1 License: The Stationary Engineer should hold an Engineer First Grade - SEL Stationary Engineer Grade 1 license.
  • Verbal and Written Communication Skills: The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are preferred.
