Role Summary:

The Flexibility Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering the proprietary Stretch Zone assisted stretching service. As part of a dedicated team, you will provide this service six days a week, with specific hours assigned to ensure a full-time or part-time schedule is maintained.

We seek individuals who are committed to exceptional customer service, uphold a professional appearance, and are passionate about enhancing clients' health and wellness.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored stretching sessions focused on individual client needs.
  • Identify clients' areas of concern and address them with specific stretching techniques.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to establish weekly stretching targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to achieve renewal rates set in conjunction with the General Manager.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote the Stretch Zone methodology and services.
  • Complete daily tasks assigned by the General Manager that support studio operations and sales strategies.

Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience:

  • Background in health, wellness, or fitness industries.
  • Undergraduate degree in exercise, health, or fitness is advantageous.
  • Certifications such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, or NSCA are preferred.
  • Experience in team sports is a plus.

Position-Specific Requirements:

Successful candidates will complete a one-week training program at the Stretch Studio. Upon passing the required assessments, you will be certified in the Stretch Zone methodology, enabling you to provide our proprietary stretching services.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers an hourly wage, along with eligibility for the Company’s Stretch Incentive Program, which rewards you for each stretch delivered to clients. Paid Time Off is also available in accordance with Company policy.
