Job Summary:

At Atkins Golf Club, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
Describes specials of the day to guests and answers questions regarding menu items
Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly after preparation
Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed
Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
Maintains organized workstation and side work duties
Sets up and breaks down golf stations every shift
Accountable for checks and cash transactions, utilizing the Point of Sales System
Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders
Practices tray service for all food and beverage service
Cross-trained in bartending service
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
Valid driver's license required for operating the picker for range balls and golf cart

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training
Ability to read and speak English may be required for performing duties
Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
Knowledge of POS system
