Server Assistant Opportunity at Urbana Country Club

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Server Assistant to join our team at Urbana Country Club. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and clear tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area
  • Refill water glasses and assist with food delivery
  • Work closely with the wait staff and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth service
  • Provide a positive and friendly attitude to our members and guests
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a busser or server assistant is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods of time
