Creative Footwear Artisan

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Footwear Artisan to join our team at Berkshire Hathaway Shoe Holdings.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with experience in footwear development to contribute their expertise to the creation of innovative and high-quality products.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the footwear industry, including design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. They will be responsible for collaborating with the design team to execute the creative direction for the Footwear Collection within the Born group of brands.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new product designs that meet the company's quality and aesthetic standards.
• Manage the development process for 1-2 brands under the guidance of senior executives.
• Contribute ideas for product design, construction, materials, compounds, and components to enhance functionality, aesthetics, and fit.

Requirements:

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Independently motivated, proactive, and resourceful in contributing to team objectives.
• Experience in project management with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum.
