As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the foodservice program, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the foodservice program to meet food quality standards and safety guidelines
  • Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment
  • Train and supervise staff to meet HCSG standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and administrators
  • Ensure the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
  • Utilize leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision
  • Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
  • Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition
  • Proof of or successful completion of an approved Conference of Food Protection (CFP) Food Protection Manager (FPM) course
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports
