We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Health Care Facility Surveyor. As a surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring that healthcare facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site surveys of healthcare facilities to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate the quality of care provided to patients and residents.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to implement changes and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dietetics.
  • Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
  • At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
