M Fairview Health Services has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse to join our team at the M Health Fairview Highland Park Clinic.
The M Health Fairview Highland Park Clinic is a growing and collaborative clinic with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
This is a 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two week pay period) opening that offers an excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities/Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and providing professional care for patients in an ambulatory setting.
The RN delivers care that is unique to all ages served by the clinic, following established standards and protocols.
The nurse will educate patients and the public about various medical conditions, maintain complete, timely and accurate clinical documentation for each patient, and continually look for opportunities to improve processes and workflow.
The RN provides care according to the plan, in accordance with all policies, procedures, and relevant nursing practice guidelines.
The nurse involves the patient, their support network, and other health care team members in assembling data, identifies outcomes that are age appropriate, culturally appropriate, realistic, and attainable, and coordinates nursing care with all other health team members.
The nurse modifies the interventions based on patient response and changing conditions, prioritizes work based on acuity, provider schedule, available resources, and patient preferences, in conjunction with the provider.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota RN License
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of previous healthcare experience in ambulatory care settings
- Basic Life Support Certification
