About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and family care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems
  • Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines
  • Provide education and counseling to patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care
  • Perform administrative duties, including opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, and patient follow-up
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
  • Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training
  • Ability to speak and write in additional languages, including Spanish (dependent on market)
