- May serve as a charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
