Description:

  • Analyze and manage project schedules using advanced software such as Primavera P6 to ensure alignment with overall project objectives and critical deadlines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and other project partners to maintain synchronized timelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Scheduling experience in construction, with a focus on large-scale, technical projects (mission-critical experience is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess and address scheduling challenges.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Adaptability: A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
