Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive at work punctually as scheduled by your supervisor.
- Repair and overhaul equipment, including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and control devices.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using mechanical and electrical skills.
- Maintain accurate corporate and personal records of work history.
- Conduct general repairs on refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems, including air conditioning units and compressors.
- Perform preventative maintenance and assess the efficiency of mechanical equipment.
- Engage in minor construction and remodeling projects, including the startup of new installations.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a refrigeration technician training program (HVACR) from a technical institution or a junior college.
- Possession of a valid EPA certification.
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial refrigeration is required.
- Must achieve a passing score of 80% or higher on the Tek Skills Level 3 assessment.
- Experience with refrigeration systems in convenience stores or supermarkets is advantageous. Familiarity with single and rack systems, as well as display cases and walk-in boxes, is beneficial.
- A clean driving record and the ability to work independently are essential.
- Availability for emergency on-call duties is a basic requirement.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs without assistance and to sit or stand for extended periods.
