Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiology Heart Failure Clinic, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, you'll need to have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license and BLS certification.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, carry objects up to 35 pounds, and stand for long periods of time. You'll also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Environmental Factors

This role requires working in a healthcare environment with potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens, bio-hazardous waste, chemicals, and other environmental hazards. You'll need to be able to work safely and effectively in this environment and follow all necessary safety protocols.
