As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiology Heart Failure Clinic, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiology Heart Failure Clinic, you'll be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You'll also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a valid RN license and at least 12 months of recent nursing experience. You'll also need to be able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
