Position Summary
We are in search of a Vice President of Risk Management to become an integral part of our leadership team. The individual in this role will be tasked with identifying, evaluating, and addressing critical risks that could impact our operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential risks that may affect the organization’s reputation, safety, security, and financial health.
- Develop and implement robust risk management strategies and contingency plans.
- Effectively communicate risk management policies and procedures across all levels of the organization.
- Perform regular audits on policies and compliance, providing comprehensive reports to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Design and establish a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework for the organization.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a senior risk management role or equivalent position.
- In-depth understanding of risk management principles and relevant industry regulations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to view the organization from a strategic perspective.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
- Professional certification in risk management is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
