We are seeking dedicated individuals with a background in heavy equipment maintenance. In this role, you will be tasked with diagnosing and rectifying issues in mobile machinery, executing preventative maintenance, and addressing equipment malfunctions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational capabilities, the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively, and possess the necessary hand tools for the tasks at hand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve issues in mobile and mechanical/hydraulic machinery
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and repairs on both heavy and light mobile equipment
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Implement preventative maintenance strategies utilizing techniques such as vibration and oil analysis
- Interpret machine schematics, blueprints, and flow diagrams
- Support the training of colleagues and assist in maintaining a clean workspace
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background
- Effective communication skills in English
- Proficient in the use of personal computers
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to ascend stairs, operate mobile machinery, and lift heavy items
- Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions
- Willingness to work in high noise environments and extreme temperatures
