Job Summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions seeks an experienced Legal Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our team in Mission Valley, CA. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of prior experience in professional staffing and expertise in recruiting for various legal roles.

Estimated Salary: $65-75k (DOE) + Uncapped CommissionsResponsibilities & Expectations
  • Develop a comprehensive candidate pipeline across cross-functional teams by sourcing passive candidates, making calls, and pre-screening applicants.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with drive, follow-through, and creativity.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to provide excellent customer service to internal clients and candidates.
  • Support scheduling candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly quality checks with candidates actively on assignment.
  • Participate in two monthly recruitment events and foster relationships with local partners.
  • Facilitate advertising campaigns by managing daily and weekly postings as directed by the Operations Supervisor.
  • Serve as an Eastridge ambassador to ensure the candidate's excitement about joining our clients.
Minimum Requirements
  • 1+ years of prior experience in professional staffing.
  • Experience recruiting for various legal roles.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting attorneys.
  • Legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Paralegal certificate or legal studies education.
