Job Summary

Citigroup Inc is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part-Time Universal Banker to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service delivery to our internal and external customers, executing all service transactions and sales referral routines to deepen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service delivery to our internal and external customers, responding to customer inquiries and resolving account service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Financial Transactions: Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures, maintaining an acceptable record in daily drawer balancing.
  • Sales and Referrals: Proactively identify and address client sales and service needs, converting service requests into sales or referrals.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously learn new and existing products through sales aids, demonstrating a positive, can-do attitude and customer-first culture.
  • Teamwork: Foster teamwork in the branch to ensure a positive overall customer experience, creating a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment for customers and employees.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, digital engagement, and basic sales/referrals.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and basic computer and digital tools skills.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment

This is a part-time position, requiring the ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends. The hourly rate corresponding to the annual range is $50, $65,270.00, and may be prorated for part-time hires based on the number of hours worked.
