Job Description:

We are pleased to offer continued growth and advancement as we currently have an opening for an on-site Marketing Manager (MM) within our Marketing Department in Uniondale, NY. In this role, the MM will collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to effectively implement strategies that drive organizational growth. Responsibilities include managing existing projects and campaigns while using various tactics that include direct mail, email, and digital initiatives. Supporting the CMO with all ongoing projects and plans is key to this role. Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is highly skilled in executing initiatives to fuel growth. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational abilities, a data-driven approach, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to reach target audiences effectively. This includes identifying market opportunities and planning campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. This involves analyzing data and leading research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, and social media. This includes tracking statistics on digital tactics, email blast delivery, postage balances, and direct mail delivery timelines as well as ensuring all tactics are proofed before release.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget in allocating resources to different activities and tracking expenses to ensure efficient use of funds. This includes creating accurate reporting for cost, sales, revenue, and final production quantities
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, blog posts, and social media content, ensuring that messaging is consistent and on-brand.
  • Team Collaboration: Consistently collaborate with the marketing team by providing insight on all initiatives, while updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting results. This also includes coordination with cross-functional teams (sales, product management, customer support) to ensure
  • Performance Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using metrics and analytics. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting strategies based on results.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation by certifying consistency across all platforms. This includes ensuring the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
  • Customer Engagement: Work to build relationships with customers through various channels seeking to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Marketing Manager or highly relatable role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Knowledge of direct mail and email marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of digital platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships
  • Marketing automation and HTML experience a plus
  • Analytical capabilities with a strong data-driven nature
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills (team player, innovative, creative)
  • Excellent verbal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Additional Details:

  • Working hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am -5:30 pm, Friday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.
  • This is a fully on-site opportunity
  • Access to full medical benefits (Oxford), Cigna dental/vision, and 401(k) all of which are offered after a 60-day probationary period.
  • Paid personal, vacation, and sick time.
  • Paid training. You are classified as a W-2 employee and will be paid your base salary from the first day of employment.
