About the Role

The Universal Banker is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. As a Universal Banker, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with personalized service and support to meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the sales process by identifying and presenting financial products and services to our clients, with the goal of deepening client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for our clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their financial needs and goals.
  • Work closely with our branch team to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and sales support.
  • Continuously learn and develop new skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date on our products and services.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Basic computer and digital tools skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
