Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Client Service Specialist to join our team at Marshall & Sterling Inc. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective service to clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their individual needs.
  • Assist Account Managers and Producers in securing applications from clients and managing all account transactions, including endorsements, binders, cancellations, ID Cards, and correspondence.
  • Process transactions with attention to detail in a timely manner and follow up on company and client suspense/Task diaries.
  • Treat every service contact as an opportunity for account rounding, cross-selling, or referral.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes within the insurance industry and maintain a file on pertinent information from companies.
  • Communicate regularly with Account Managers and Supervisors, addressing any issues immediately.
  • Document all conversations with clients and carriers pertaining to coverages and exposures in the system.
  • Adhere to workflow procedures and guidelines to reduce the risk of E & O Claims.
  • Process Claims as applicable.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in insurance lines of coverage, fundamental rating, underwriting, and procedural skills.
  • Experience with AMS360 & Image Right is a plus.
  • Proven ability to exceed expectations.
  • Brokers License in resident state.
  • High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.
  • Motivated and team player.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $47,500 - $52,500, influenced by relevant experience, education, and work location. Compensation details: Yearly Salary.
