About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Plymouth, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals that cater to diverse communication requirements.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques that promote effective communication skills.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and professionals to support students' progress and foster a supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions to ensure seamless communication among stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successful collaboration with students, parents, and staff.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial for achieving shared goals.
