Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in providing exceptional teletherapy services to students across Massachusetts.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will work with students, colleagues, parents, and administrators to deliver personalized speech therapy services.
  • A strong background in communication disorders and experience working with pediatric populations is essential.
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and certification from ASHA are required.
  • Prior experience as an SLP in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student learning and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and educators.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice speech-language pathology in Massachusetts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
