Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team at H.O. Penn Machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Rental and Service departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track rental, sales, and service transactions
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with accounting to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in office management or administration
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
