Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT help desk or support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Allentown, PA.
