Sutter Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse II to join our Emergency Services team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care, coordinate delivery of care, and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge, ensuring comprehensive and individualized care plans are developed and implemented.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address patient needs, including physical, psychosocial, safety, and educational requirements.
- Utilize the nursing process, medical therapeutics, technology, and personal interventions to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum two years of current experience in the area of specialty.
- Registered Nurse - State Licensure - RN.
- Basic Life Support Certification - BLS.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support - PALS.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale - NIHSS.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course - TNCC within a year.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Experience working in an emergency department or critical care setting.

Pay Range: $73.66 to $99.67 per hour.
