Responsibilities:

  • Assess, coordinate, and deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
