Mobile Service Technician

As a Mobile Service Technician for Sentry Auto Group, you will have the opportunity to work independently and efficiently in a mobile environment, providing exceptional service to our customers directly at their doorstep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customers' locations to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
- Diagnose vehicle issues and provide accurate estimates for repairs.
- Communicate with customers to advise of vehicle issues that will require a trip to the dealership; coordinate with staff back at the store to arrange vehicle pickup when needed.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities.
Requirements:
- Experience and training as an automotive technician. Ford and Lincoln expertise is helpful but not required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile environment.
