The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of expertise required for this position.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineer to join our team. As an IAM engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our identity and access management systems, ensuring they meet the highest security and compliance standards.

  • You will design and implement new IAM capabilities using best practices to maintain optimal system performance.
  • You will develop custom connectors and plugins to integrate applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • You will onboard applications to IIQ and enable joiner, mover, leaver, and certification capabilities.
  • You will build and maintain system, workflow, data mapping, and support documentation.
  • You will provide ongoing operations, enhancements, security updates, and bug fixes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with IIQ, including technical design, implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of SailPoint IIQ.
  • 5+ years of application onboarding and integration design, development, and troubleshooting experience.
  • 2+ years of development, coding or scripting experience with JavaScript, Java, developing APIs.
  • Experience with mature IIQ environments.
  • Collaborative team player who can work closely with IAM and other teams.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills to express technical concepts in business terms.
  • Excellent technical and system documentation skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and enabling optimized capabilities to provide user-friendly solutions.
