Seattle, Washington, United States Donato Technologies, Inc Full time
Job Overview

We are Donato Technologies, Inc., a dynamic and innovative yoga-inspired technical apparel company on the rise. Our mission is to elevate the world through the power of practice, and we're committed to modernizing our technology services using leading-edge methodologies.

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) program has moved under the Cybersecurity portfolio, further facilitating rapid change and governance control enforcement. As an IAM specialist, you'll play a crucial role in planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, supporting, and continuously improving identity and access services across our global enterprise.

About the Role

You'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document PAM control capability requirements, gathering functional and technical requirements to implement PAM program goals. You'll analyze existing access management processes, bringing nuances forward to the program team for consideration.

Responsibilities will include deploying new processes and ways of working, monitoring and reporting on PAM metrics to focus on risk reduction and improvement. You'll also work closely with authoritative sources and application teams to understand their roadmaps, building support documentation for new capabilities, processes, features, and functionality.

Additionally, you'll develop, maintain, and deliver documentation for end-users, collaborating closely with the IAM team and application teams to support and drive PAM enhancements across the Technology portfolio.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5+ years of related hands-on business analyst experience. Experience with Identity and Access Management tools and/or processes is preferred.

You should have strong requirements management skills, including elicitation, scoping, prioritization, and risk/issues management. Confident communication and training delivery skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative team player with a deep understanding of privileged access governance capabilities is required, along with excellent spoken and written communication skills. Experience working with ServiceNow, Atlassian tools, and SharePoint site development and maintenance is preferred.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. If you're a motivated and security-minded individual excited about making a difference in the environment through building and maintaining SailPoint IIQ capabilities, we encourage you to apply.
