Key Responsibilities:
- Apply technical skills to optimize plant operations and resolve problems
- Drive high levels of quality, responsiveness, and reliability for customers
- Identify metrics and management systems to drive optimization of plant value/EBITDA
- Respond urgently to emergencies and issues
Qualifications:
- BS engineering discipline required (Mechanical or Chemical preferred)
- 0-5 years of manufacturing or related experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Process Safety Management (High Hazard Process/Low Hazard Operation) experience preferred
- Experience with developing basic data, project execution, equipment start-up, and commissioning
- Six Sigma / Green Belt certified
