We are seeking an experienced Medical Scheduler with Prior Authorizations experience to join our team at Godshall Recruiting. As a Medical Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take patient calls and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
- Obtain prior authorizations for medical procedures and treatments.
- Schedule procedures and appointments in a timely and organized manner.
- Perform EMR charting and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
