Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will ensure that our guests experience pristine accommodations from the moment they arrive. Your meticulous attention to detail will transform our spaces into welcoming environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Thoroughly clean and maintain all guest rooms to meet property standards.
  • Efficiently clean and restock a designated number of rooms during your shift.
  • Organize and maintain supplies on the housekeeping cart.
  • Inspect all rooms for damages, maintenance needs, or supply shortages.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of public areas both inside and outside the property.
  • Participate in mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Engage warmly with guests to enhance their experience.
  • Complete tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Manager or General Manager.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and chemical applications is advantageous.
