Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all resident apartments, common areas, and offices, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and secured.
  • Monitor and report any health, safety, and sanitation concerns to supervisors.
  • Follow established schedules and procedures for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in the marketing of the community by maintaining a positive and professional image.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Age 18 or older, or have the proper work permit and authorization documentation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background clearances as required by government regulations.
  • Complete a health screening and provide negative TB test results.
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but on-the-job training is available.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions.
  • Ability to interact effectively with people of different ages and backgrounds.
  • Ability to use standard cleaning equipment.
  • Must be mobile and able to execute the physical demands of the housekeeping position.
