Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and performing various nursing tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and recording patient information, including vital signs and health details
  • Administering medications and injections to patients as required
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
  • Assisting patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Monitoring patients' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN State license
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Good standing with State Registry
