Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY.

Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and performing various nursing tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and health details.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assist with patient care tasks.
  • Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN State license.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Good standing with State Registry.
