Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY.

Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and monitoring vital signs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a valid LPN state license.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record resident health information, including vital signs and medication administration.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
  • Monitor resident food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN state license.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
