Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Little Words Project. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
  • Open and close the store independently, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for customers
  • Manage in-store beading appointments and events, providing a unique and engaging experience for customers
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory, communicating product needs to the Inventory Lead
  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Introduce new products to customers, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional customer service
  • Effectively handle customer issues and answer questions related to merchandise and store policies
  • Process transactions accurately on the POS system
  • Maintain a tidy and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Assist in maintaining backstock and setting up merchandise on the sales floor
  • Perform operational tasks such as inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs
  • Assist customers at the bead-your-own bracelet table, providing a unique and enjoyable experience
  • Fulfill in-store custom orders, beading bracelets and contacting customers when complete

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail experience
  • 2+ years of customer service industry experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Desire to be creative in terms of the beading table and capturing content
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Passion for learning and sharing Little Words Project's core values
