We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellperson to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. As a Bellperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Assist guests with their luggage, provide information about hotel amenities and services, and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
- Front Desk Support: Cover the Front Desk during peak periods, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and process room assignments and key cards.
- Concierge Services: Make restaurant reservations, arrange for transportation, and provide recommendations for local attractions and activities.
- Housekeeping Support: Assist housekeeping staff with delivering linens, amenities, and other supplies to guest rooms.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any guest issues that may arise.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
