Job SummaryAs a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, checking them in and out, and handling their accounts and payments. You will also be responsible for answering property questions, providing information about rooms and restaurants, and assisting guests with concerns and comments. Additionally, you will be required to answer the multi-line phone system and provide assistance as needed. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of guest service experience and at least 6 months of cash handling experience. You must also be prompt and have a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to the property and provide exceptional service
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Settle guest's accounts/bills and collect correct method of payments
  • Answer property questions and provide information regarding rooms and restaurants for the guests
  • Assist guests with concerns and comments regarding the property
  • Answer multi-line phone system for guests and provide assistance when necessary


Requirements

  • At least 1 year of guest service experience
  • At least 6 months of cash handling experience
  • Prompt and professional appearance
