Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, ensuring the health and safety of our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general housecleaning duties, including cleaning, disinfecting, and resupplying restrooms.
  • Remove litter, wastepaper, and broken-down boxes from buildings, disposing of waste in proper dumpsters.
  • Vacuum carpeted floors and perform high and low dusting.
  • Maintain cleanliness of carpeted and tiled floors.
  • Wet mop tile floors and perform spot-cleaning as needed.
  • Provide general maintenance and secure storage/supply rooms.
  • Escort cleaning suppliers making deliveries.
  • Assist with construction, moving of furniture and shelving, and replacement of light bulbs/ballasts as assigned.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of and safe use of all cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Average mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • 3+ years of experience preferred.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00/hr - $19.81/hr, plus shift differential. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement, 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
