Your Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs at our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can assess the evolving needs of the organization and implement learning initiatives that enhance performance, customer service, operational excellence, and improve net promoter scores.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the training and learning development teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  2. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for various operations teams, team leaders, supervisors, and managers.
  3. Forecast training needs to C-suite and VP leadership and anticipate training in advance of onboarding new business.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to launch transformative learning programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in training, learning development, human resource management, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred in any of the fields or related fields listed above.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related field, with a strong track record in designing and implementing training programs.
  • Proven experience managing a team and collaborating with various functional teams.
Estimated Salary

$140,000 - $200,000 per year, based on location and experience.
