Facilities Maintenance Technician

This position offers an estimated salary of $42,000 per year, based on location and experience. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining buildings, following safety protocols, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain facilities, including floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Adhere to safety procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Inform supervisors of minor or major repairs needed
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and management
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards
Requirements and Qualifications
- Age 18 or older
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma or GED required
Desirable Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- 1 year of similar work experience
