Estimated Salary: $25.50 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus

Job Description:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  • Operate standard maintenance tools including power tools, basic hand tools, and electrical testing equipment to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, coordinate efforts, and resolve problems as needed.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and promoting a culture of responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to work weekends and be flexible with scheduling.
  • Successful completion of a Mechanical Aptitude test.
  • Work history within the past 12 months.
